Dear Sir,

May I use your good offices to resolve this intransigent matter?

You will have cfi copies of my letters, but for your convenience, I enclose copies, in chronological order, together with the replies that I have received.

Despite my last letter, to Ms ******, Principal Housing Officer (13/11/02), suggesting that the matter be closed, I have, today, received a letter (dated 05/12/02) from your Manager, Housing Services, Ms ******, that perpetuates the matter.

All that was needed, was a reply to the following question :-

"Why did it take the clerk, "*******", five weeks, and three interviews to decide that she was unable to deal with my simple enquiry?"

This basic, uncluttered, question has never been answered.

I will complicate the matter no further.

My thanks in anticipation,
